What a great experience! I needed two tires badly and expected to be out of pocket a lot, but when I went into Imperial Toyota, Jarett told me about the great tire deal. From bad to good. Flat tire on Saturday morning when I had way to much to do. I called Imperial, and Jarett said to have it towed to him. He was very nice and helpful and I was fixed up and out of there so fast. I am so happy that Jarett was the person I spoke to. He was knowledgeable and helpful without "selling" me.
