Ordered and paid for a trailer hitch and 7 pin wiring harness when I bought the truck new in Sep 14. Was told they would be in in a “few days”. They called Jan 23 and told the part was finally in. Took i harness when I bought the truck new in Sep 14. Was told they would be in in a “few days”. They called Jan 23 and told the part was finally in. Took it to the dealership for installation. When I got the truck back they had ordered and installed a 4 pin harness. When I pointed that out to the service rep he said”what’s the difference?”. After explaining he said he would order the other harness and would call me in a few days when it come in… More

Everyone who I talked to at the dealership was super polite and very helpful. Matthew Ogle helped me through the process of finding a vehicle that was within my budget and had the features that I needed polite and very helpful. Matthew Ogle helped me through the process of finding a vehicle that was within my budget and had the features that I needed 😁 He was super helpful and very communicative through the whole process. He even let me know about a crack in the windshield that we'd both missed during the initial look at the Terrain. If he wouldn't have said anything, I surely wouldn't have noticed until wayyy later. I definitely recommend Tulsa Hyundai and Matthew Ogle! 😁 More

The experience was very good, with the exception of quite of bit of wait time. We were at the dealership 4 1/2 hours. Most of the wait time was waiting to get into finance.
