John was great. We ended up with a fantastic family vehicle! We needed more seating for our growing family, so it was time to find a van. Krystal had a good price on a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country and we went to check it out. We felt, all along the way, that John was looking out for us. He didn't pressure us and he was knowledgeable about the vehicle. We ended up with a great deal, a warranty, and more bells and whistles than we would have thought we could afford. We love our new vehicle and had a very positive experience with the dealership, which wasn't flashy, but had real, sweet people there who were patient with us (and our kids who were there for long stretches of time!) and kind. When we had closed the deal, John didn't hurry us out, but instead sat with us to show us all the controls and to help us set things up for our family. I would definitely buy from him again. More
