Service was done as expected. This dealership has a great team that works together and communicates well. I will not go to another service department to have service done on any of my vehicles. I even have a Ford and a Kia that I will continue to service here as well.

picked car up the next day and got an attitude...
car was fixed with a "hard reset" they just unplugged the battery and fuse and replugged....they had to keep my car overnight for that and send me home in a gross uber? Service people at Val Ward have attitudes and are not super helpful. I've purchased three Cadillacs from this dealership in the last 3 years and I'll never buy another one! Not to mention when in February it broke down on a 3 hour trip I was taking...the fuel pump module failed (a KNOWN problem evidently, which SHOULD BE A RECALL before someone gets KILLED!!!) Thank GOD I had gotten off the highway where I would've literally been driven over by a truck as the accelerator just stopped working and the car just rolled to a complete stop!!! I was stuck on the side of the road with my 89 year old mother....I called Val Ward as my car had less than 3k miles on it and they did NOTHING to help me! I'm so thankful for Huston Cadillac in Lake Wales! They went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me. They took my car right in, sent someone to another dealership to get the part, fixed my car and sent me back on my way within two hours! They're the best! Val Ward is the WORST!
