same issues with car since day one. ..back up camera stops working every time I arrive back in Florida from NY (approximately once a month). They kept my car, sent me home in a disgust ..back up camera stops working every time I arrive back in Florida from NY (approximately once a month). They kept my car, sent me home in a disgusting uber that was filthy and smelled like marijuana... picked car up the next day and got an attitude... car was fixed with a "hard reset" they just unplugged the battery and fuse and replugged....they had to keep my car overnight for that and send me home in a gross uber? Service people at Val Ward have attitudes and are not super helpful. I've purchased three Cadillacs from this dealership in the last 3 years and I'll never buy another one! Not to mention when in February it broke down on a 3 hour trip I was taking...the fuel pump module failed (a KNOWN problem evidently, which SHOULD BE A RECALL before someone gets KILLED!!!) Thank GOD I had gotten off the highway where I would've literally been driven over by a truck as the accelerator just stopped working and the car just rolled to a complete stop!!! I was stuck on the side of the road with my 89 year old mother....I called Val Ward as my car had less than 3k miles on it and they did NOTHING to help me! I'm so thankful for Huston Cadillac in Lake Wales! They went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me. They took my car right in, sent someone to another dealership to get the part, fixed my car and sent me back on my way within two hours! They're the best! Val Ward is the WORST! More

I was pleased with the service I received plus the Uber transport home and then the car was dropped off after being repaired. The labor was much higher than I thought fair but that was not negotiable and I transport home and then the car was dropped off after being repaired. The labor was much higher than I thought fair but that was not negotiable and I didn’t have any coupons with me so I didn’t get any discounts but overall I’m pleased. Hopefully I will not need any new repairs done in a while More
