We visited in order to purchase a new car after our old car needed an expensive repair. We were rushed to buy because of our old car but had done our research and knew what we wanted. We were able to test drive the car model we wanted and the sales rep skipped talking about basic stuff that we already knew. However, he could answer any question and knew all of the features. It was low pressure and pleasant. After driving the competition, we preferred the Nissan, but only for the right price. When we returned, we had a child in tow and didn't have all day to haggle. I made what I felt was a fair offer for a popular model, and it was accepted on the spot. All of the staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful. More

My wife and I changed our minds three times!! Not once did any of these professionals bat an eye... They simply responded with "we just want to make sure you're happy Mike"...
