I worked with Adam Wood, Natalie Green, Dave Ramy and Jamie Groth. I was more than pleased with the service from Natalie, Dave and Jamie and would rate them excellent. While Adam, for the most part was very good, he did fail to return several phone message and thus left a little to be desired. Dave stepped in for Adam and resolved my issue quickly and in a very satisfactory manner. I haven't used the service department yet, but based upon my wife's experience with them, I don't anticipate anything less than excellent service More

Pat Theisen met us in the lot and was friendly and listened to what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. He searched out vehicles that were within our financial range with the features we wanted. We instantly fell in love with the first car we drove, an alien green 2011 Kia Soul with only 60,000 miles, and it was well within our budget. The business office was also excellent in meeting our needs and handling a very large load quickly and professionally. I don't think we were there for more than 2 hours from the time we first spoke to Pat to the time that we left in our new vehicle, and this was on a busy last Saturday of the month. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service. More

When it was my time to lease a vehicle he suggested I talk to Scott. I was very impressed as well and found him to be knowledgeable and especially tuned in to our concerns and questions. He went out of his way to bring us to the car in another lot just so we could see the actual color we were considering (we had already decided to go with the car). This effort on his part sold me on his desire to please the customer and not just make a sale. Great job Scott!! Also Jamie Groth was very friendly and helpful in explaining the lease and the associated components, I was pleased with the experience and would come back to Luther Nissan Kia in Inver Grove Heights for another vehicle!!
