Wait time for an oil change was redicoulas after making an appointment. My time is worth money...you should hire a scheduler to fix this problem. Very chaotic when arrived. Not enough service advisors out front. Three times we were approached and asked if we had an appt and had been helped. They said they would send some Not enough service advisors out front. Three times we were approached and asked if we had an appt and had been helped. They said they would send someone over. We just kept waiting. Not super impressed with your advisor either. We have a 2023 Camry that just reached 5k. We brought in for 1st oil change and tire rotation. He told us that we missed out on 3 of our service calls as we get 5 total in 2yrs of purchase. You normally only change synthetic oil at every 10k. Why would we bring it in when we only finally reached 5k. Do they think everyone is stupid that brings a vehicle in.
