Got an appointment through Jamie, the Service Manager, who got me in at a time convenient for me; said it would take about an hour (took 59 minutes); got me back on the road and the brakes work as well as the first day I drove the car off the lot. Great Service - Done Right The First Time. We have purchased 12 vehicles in 15 years from Holm's and always have them serviced at Holm's. They are true professionals who take care of not only the vehicles, but also the customer. All employees and Tim Holm, the owner spoke as they came near or stopped to asked how I was doing or have a brief conversation. A great model for other businesses who want to learn about customer service. Great people doing great things for others!!! More
