Allan was a pleasure to deal with when I brought in my truck for a rough trade in value and to test drive a new one. To be honest this is the second Toyota dealership we went to. Unfortunately, weren't able to close a deal with the first. But with Toyota Naperville, even without an appointment, we were met and handled with to. Unfortunately, weren't able to close a deal with the first. Despite being a walk-in customer, Mr. Marcial catered us even in a short time since an appointment is coming. We were turned-over to another commendable agent, Bobby Quintanilla. Mr. Quintanilla assisted us in every way both beneficial to our needs. And of course, Sherri Pacchiano, Ms. Pacchiano sealed the final stages with enthusiasm. Before we walked out her office, she asked where are going to have our services done, I can now firmly say with a definitive "YES TOYOTA NAPERVILLE" is the only way to go!
