Family Environment I’ve been working with Toyota of Tampa Bay for four years now, and three cars later. These guys are the best in the business. poor service resolution Collision dept just ripped off customers. They do not care about customers, or warranty, they just care about monies. Customer care is not in their Collision dept just ripped off customers. They do not care about customers, or warranty, they just care about monies. Customer care is not in their vocabulary....they don't do a good painting job, and they do not back it up........Collision dept need to be reviewed closer.....bad influence for Toyota....I being toyota fun for 40 yrs.....today my bad experience with above dept changed my mind....
