We came upon this dealership by chance. We wanted an SUV with a spare tire, as Honda hybrid did not offer this. We have been lifelong Honda customers. It was a great car buying transaction. Our agent was Tom Eusey, and our business office partner was James Schubert. (I may have the names off a bit.) They were both extremely patient, responsive, and thorough. I am known for being exceedingly thorough and questioning. They both handled everything I threw at them professionally and wanted to make the experience satisfying for myself and my husband. It was great, and when our next Honda ages out, we will return to Ed Martin Toyota. They have converted us! More
