I started to think I was going to have to order and wait forever, but he found one that was already scheduled with EXACTLY what I wanted. He communicated well while waiting and even surprised me with it arriving a couple weeks earlier than we thought! Hopefully service and everything going forward with be just as smooth, but can't complain about the buying process at all. Justin was also great in the finance department.
