I appreciate the professionalism and courteous manners that were displayed throughout my visit. The staff was knowledgeable and forthcoming about all of the details related to the vehicle and financing. that were displayed throughout my visit. They guided me through several different financial options and supported my choices with specific details. I traveled from Camp Verde, during rush hour, and did not arrive until after 5pm. My original plan was to just look at the car and test-drive it, not purchase it. Once I realized that purchasing the vehicle was my best option, it was very late (past closing) by the time the transaction was completed. I apologized several times for keeping them after hours, and everyone was so gracious. This was the BEST experience that I have ever had purchasing a car. Not to mention that the car I drive is a beautiful, premium, and quality vehicle. Thanks to everyone that made this a stress-free, painless process. More
