When I go to Findlay Nissan for service, I am greeted by Chris Polascik before I turn off the ignition. Chris always treats me courteously and explains his answers to all of my questions. Chris schedules a ride home for me if the service will take more time than I anticipated; the drivers have always been pleasant with me. I have no problems to mention about the service or the staff. I do wish the Sales department would stop trying to sell me a newer model as I intend to drive my Rogue for quite a very long time. I don’t recall having had any interactions with either Mr. Deleon or Mr. Person. More

My first time there, I had a wonderful experience. My service advisor Chris was exceptional. And I was very impressed with the service I received. Omg im so happy I came to you guys. Felix was my salesman and gave me options in my price range and helped me out with an issue with my car quickly.
