My airbag service light came on and would not go off, needless to say I was terrified. I called Dover NH Honda a got an appointment quickly. My service advisor was absolutely outstanding. He immediately put my mind at ease with his knowledge and understanding of my situation. He kept me updated throughout my visit . He answered all my questions intelligently and in the most polite manner. He is a true asset to your company and he is definitely the reason why I will return to your service department. I recently had my Ridgeline serviced. I requested an inspection I am a Maine resident and my vehicle has a Both Maine registration and previous inspection I was charged $45 for a NH insp I requested an inspection I am a Maine resident and my vehicle has a Both Maine registration and previous inspection I was charged $45 for a NH inspection which I do not need or want. A Maine Inspection is $12.50. I feel I was over charged for this unneeded inspection!! Other issues as well but too lengthy to communicate via email. Dennis. Wolz./ Service advisor James. More
