With appointment wait was 2 1/2 hours, way to long. I think you do not honor the appointments , you just put them in line with everyone else. Will be shopping around for another dealer. Service department is horrible, didn’t compete all issues when brought the vehicle in, they had to send someone out to do one of the recalls and still have not fixed my hood. Also had to push for a loaner ev when brought the vehicle in, they had to send someone out to do one of the recalls and still have not fixed my hood.
