I come back to the dealership because James always takes care of me to explain what's happening keep me in touch and gets me in and out fast. I sent him a email and he quickly got back to me and scheduled m care of me to explain what's happening keep me in touch and gets me in and out fast. I sent him a email and he quickly got back to me and scheduled me in had the assessment done and got me out that afternoon faster than I expected. This is my second bmw I have had and if James is not there I wait and for him and don't even schedule through anyone else because I trust what he would tell me and that I get good service that is inviting and friendly. After returning my vehicle for at least the third or fourth time for the same issue. I was complaining when I came in to Jason what we thought the problem was for the last three or four times. He immedi fourth time for the same issue. I was complaining when I came in to Jason what we thought the problem was for the last three or four times. He immediately took it in the back and they replaced the stem on the tire. It was going bad. I will write to corporate regarding my issues that I had these last four or five visits.
