Terrible communication. Went without my car for 10 days….just had brake fluid changed and also diagnosed an issue. Service department was swamped. Probably will need another car, but weirdly no inquiries into what I might be thinking about purchasing. And after all the run around they didn’t even run the car through the car wash! More

I am pleased that the part for my 2026 X5 hybrid finally came in yesterday. I appreciate Ziegler dealership keeping me aware of the progress of the parts. You can imagine how frustrating it was to have to came in yesterday. I appreciate Ziegler dealership keeping me aware of the progress of the parts. You can imagine how frustrating it was to have to drive with a taped down fuel door of a brand new high-end vehicle.
