From our first meeting with Jim until we drove our beautiful NX350h Premium off the lot, we felt Jim was looking out for our interests. Initially we looked at preowned certified options, but it became beautiful NX350h Premium off the lot, we felt Jim was looking out for our interests. Initially we looked at preowned certified options, but it became clear that we could get the very car we wanted in a new model for about the same price. The hitch of course was there would be a wait. As we waited and the car’s delivery date changed several times, Jim kept us informed and was straightforward about what the dealership could and could not control. We found Jim to be direct, sensitive to our concerns and very pleasant to deal with. When it came to helping us get comfortable with our new car, he was a patient teacher and clearly understood the bells and whistles. We look forward to working with Jim again in a year or two when we plan to replace our ten year old Lexus 350. More
