My service manager & mechanic assisted in rapidly diagnosing the issue. They found the replacement part fairly quick and had it installed. James kept me apprised of the situation and quickly had my diagnosing the issue. They found the replacement part fairly quick and had it installed. James kept me apprised of the situation and quickly had my vehicle returned to me. As always, five gold stars with this service manager James. Poor communication between desk contact and service technician. I brought in my 2022 Promaster because of intermittent problems with the drivers side rear turn signal. After paying $300 to 'inspect' I technician. I brought in my 2022 Promaster because of intermittent problems with the drivers side rear turn signal. After paying $300 to 'inspect' I was told they would need more time requiring an additional cost of $300-400. Turn signal repair for $600+ is exorbitant. I still have a faulty light. More
