Diagnostic was incorrect. Not the drive train it was the power train!!! Wasted hours of my time and two unnecessary trip to the dealer. My service manager & mechanic assisted in rapidly diagnosing the issue. They found the replacement part fairly quick and had it installed. James kept me apprised of the situation and quickly had my diagnosing the issue. They found the replacement part fairly quick and had it installed. James kept me apprised of the situation and quickly had my vehicle returned to me. As always, five gold stars with this service manager James. I will definitely recommend to others to have your vehicles repaired here. More
