I was working with this dealership to purchase a 2026 Ram 3500. I was insistent that the agreed upon out-the-door price and finance terms was approved prior to me making the three hour trip from Vero Beach 3500. I was insistent that the agreed upon out-the-door price and finance terms was approved prior to me making the three hour trip from Vero Beach to pick up the vehicle. The dealership assured me the deal was on and I made the trip to Tampa. Then came the old switch-a-roo. The vehicle we were dealing with had a safety recall, and they had two of the same trucks to switch it out with. Little did I know they would increase the price of the truck by $1000, decrease the discounts by $1000, "rip" my trade-in by $1000 and increase the down payment by $1700. They wasted my time, patience and $150 in diesel for the cross state trip. I am beyond disappointed with Jerry Ulm CDJR, and they've lost a 20 year Mopar customer. More
