I have bought a lot of cars and 9 Jeeps and this dealership is by far the best I have ever dealt with, from sales to service and parts. I cannot believe the nerve of you harassing people on Christmas Eve with a xxxx survey. The management was more interested in putting me in the vehicle they wanted me to have, not what I wanted within my financing range. They sent my information to so many companies my score dropped 52 points vehicle they wanted me to have, not what I wanted within my financing range. The car buying process took about 4. 5 hours with the financial preapproval process being done prior to going to the site. We had to wait on vehicle maintenance and detail services to be 5 hours with the financial preapproval process being done prior to going to the site. We had to wait on vehicle maintenance and detail services to be completed which extended our time at the dealership. However, there was free food and a soda machine so that helped curb our appetites while we waited. Overall, great car buying experience, it is a marathon of a day but this location exceeds the average car dealership experience. More
