At first, I had what seemed to be a pleasant experience. I got a good deal for a new 2025 Kia K5 EX and was scheduled to pick up the car the next day at 7 pm. The next morning, the salesperson informs me th I got a good deal for a new 2025 Kia K5 EX and was scheduled to pick up the car the next day at 7 pm. The next morning, the salesperson informs me that “the car was scratched by a truck” which I found concerning because it shows that they neglected to keep the car safe from getting damaged while still in their possession which I found very concerning. They offered me alternatives like getting me the car in a different color or offering to fix the scratches which would take a week but I did not want either and preferred a brand new car. I was told I would get updates throughout the day about the status of the situation but I didn’t hear from them for hours. It wasn’t until I reached out an hour before my scheduled pick up time to let them know that I would just like a refund for the down payment I left that they finally replied. I was told that they had a few K5s in the same color I wanted in a different state which would take a week to get to me. However, already feeling wary about the initial situation, I was concerned about whether they might send me the original car with repairs, so I declined the offer and continued to ask for a refund. Fast forward a week and a half, I have yet to get my money back after I was told the refund would take a couple of days to process. The salesperson is not clear in their communication, sometimes ignoring my texts, and when I call the front desk to ask to speak to the salesperson it’s always that they’re “not available at the moment” and that they will tell the salesperson to call me back but I’ve yet to receive a call back. Overall, I had an extremely disappointing experience due to lack of communication and unfulfilled promises. Would recommend going to a different dealership. More

I doubt this will get published but it was a horrible experience, disrespectful and not transparent. I have been overwhelmed by the lack of care and failure to return a customers call, wishing to get an experience, disrespectful and not transparent. I have been overwhelmed by the lack of care and failure to return a customers call, wishing to get answers and I am still mysteriously waiting! Somehow, they were quick to take my down payment, despite discovering unknown figures and contract details that weren't disclosed and even more delay tactics. very very disappointed. I was very pleased with my sales person, Tawfiq. He helped me arrive at the price point and trim I was after. He then drove to New Hampshire to collect the vehicle I was after.
