When I got into the car at the delaership after the repair was complete, I noticed a distinct odor, I thought it might be coming from the installaiton of the rain sensor, but after I got home I noticed repair was complete, I noticed a distinct odor, I thought it might be coming from the installaiton of the rain sensor, but after I got home I noticed a white rag on the drivers side floor near the underside of the seat that seemed to be causing the odor. Later I noticed a stickly substance on the drivers left foot rest, which had what seemed to be a maple smell to it. So I had to clean both my floor mat as well as the substance on the foot rest. More

Jay Tracey is the best salesman in the world. However I bought A Cadillac and he is not allowed to sell them. I was sent over to the Cadillac division. I appreciated them bringing the car to me for viewing and driving, also arranging the tag. It made the deal easier for a senior. The service department personnel is good. Edwin is a pleasure to work with and Chuck is a very knowledgeable and helpful mechanic. The waiting area needs some updating, though. In my opinion, however, the management and sales staff are blatant thieves whom give car sales in general their slimy reputation. They tried to offer me a pittance for my car which after 1 day I have already been offered almost 5 times what they offered. They also tried to inflate the price of a car in their lot by claiming someone wanted the car - so much so they moved the car out of the lot and said someone was test driving it when it was stuck out of sight in the back. If I were to buy another Cadillac, which is unlikely after my repeated experience with this dealership's management, it will be in Orlando or Tampa, not from these clowns. More
