I live in the Upper Midwest, and I located a vehicle at Sullivan with the exact options I wanted. Due to the distance (1500 miles) between us, I almost didn't make the call to Sullivan to inquire about it, but I am sure glad that I did! My call was directed to Rich Gruber the General Manager. Rich and I had a very comfortable negotiation with no pressure. I was expecting more of a "Here is the price" scenario. Wrong! Rich took the time to listen to me. He heard what I wanted and why I called. We comfortably negotiated a price without stress. I mentioned that I would fly one-way to FL and drive my new vehicle home, so Rich even offered to have someone pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership. Wow, what an unexpected and positive interaction! Once I agreed to purchase the vehicle, the surprises didn't end (in a good way). My salesperson Erik Gruber was absolutely fantastic! He picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. He had all of my paperwork ready to sign and had the vehicle prepped for my journey home. The Finance Manager Enoch Mikell quickly and efficiently handled all of the paperwork, and I was "out the door". Erik did a fantastic job of "remote support" on my drive home. He gave me his personal cell phone to call if I had any issues while on the road. He answered questions and helped me "fine tune" some of the numerous personalization settings. He was great to work with! In summary, my purchase experience with Sullivan made it clear that they are a quality-driven professional team that truly cares about their customers. Even though Sullivan is 1500 miles away from where I live, I will definitely consider them when it's time for my next vehicle. More

Enoch Mikkell, finance, was both efficient and personal at the same time. Today I had a wonderful experience with the service department, John. I traded my 2017 Escalade (also bought at Sullivan) for a new 2026. ABSOLUTELY LOVING IT! Still have a lot to learn about it. Big differences in technology since 2017, but everyone y been awesome with taking my calls and walking me through it! More
