The scheduled service of the first oil change and tire rotation after car purchase was great! Still waiting to see if Honda is going to fix the multiple plastic warping issues on both sides of the car. Br rotation after car purchase was great! Brand new and primarily parked at home and we have never had this issue with any other cars. We switched to Honda to get a better-quality car so we are hopeful that the company will make the repairs and that this was a one-off type of issue. More

Annoyed that multiple services were recommended by the technician (not the service advisor) almost all of which had recently been completed at the same dealership. Since the recommendations were, of cour technician (not the service advisor) almost all of which had recently been completed at the same dealership. Since the recommendations were, of course, declined because they were not necessary.... I now have received multiple emails telling me to get these services done!! The service advisor told me that the recommendations could not be removed from the system and that he would put a note in our file. More
