The car buying experience with Ferman Volvo, was one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of going through. The whole staff really made me feel welcome and comfortable, almost felt like family. I am so grateful for Jim and the team at Ferman Volvo! I was in a total loss accident the day before the first of two major hurricanes to hit our area, which caused our family to be without a vehicle for I was in a total loss accident the day before the first of two major hurricanes to hit our area, which caused our family to be without a vehicle for 64 days. The stress of dealing with insurance and trying to find a new car at an unexpected time, while so many other people were doing the same due to flooded cars, was not something I was looking forward to. Jim was great though! He was very responsive (as was Chris), Jim also kept me in the loop while I compared various vehicles to see what would work best for my family, even though it took me a few weeks of working through everything. He knew what I was looking for as far as my non-negotiables, and when he saw we found a vehicle that was close, he was able to get a tow hitch added in at no extra cost for me, so that I would have everything I needed for without waiting for another vehicle to come along. Not only did he find ways to help us find what worked best, but the finance team was also able to work with us, and we were excited to find that they work closely with our credit union, making the process smooth and giving us options to help us figure out what we were most comfortable moving forward with. I am so grateful for the patience and expertise, as well as how far they were willing to go to help put my family back into a safe vehicle that met all of our needs in this rather busy time of everyone needing replacement cars. Thank you to Jim and everyone at Ferman Volvo for all of your due diligence and efforts! More
