I booked an appointment based upon the sticker in my car with a next oil change Dubai, July 18 or 26,000 miles. I went in on July 10 and was told by the service representative that my factory covered Warran with a next oil change Dubai, July 18 or 26,000 miles. I went in on July 10 and was told by the service representative that my factory covered Warranty expired three days earlier and I would have to pay for the service. I did not get service and I’m going somewhere else going forward. Someone should have called or the sticker in the car should have said July 7. More

Hyundai's Complimentary Maintenance program expires based on the vehicle's original in-service date, and in your case that coverage had ended before your scheduled appointment on July 10. While the oil change reminder sticker reflects the next recommended service interval, it is not tied to the expiration date of Hyundai's complimentary maintenance program, which understandably created some confusion. After discussing your concerns, our Service Manager agreed to provide the oil change as a one-time courtesy because we genuinely value your business and wanted to help resolve the situation.
