Mazda of Elk Grove was recommended to me by a friend and this dealership definitely showed why. I was instantly greeted by someone when I entered and within 5 minutes we were on the lot looking at cars. Eri this dealership definitely showed why. I was instantly greeted by someone when I entered and within 5 minutes we were on the lot looking at cars. Eric was a very professional salesman, he answered all of my questions and we were able to take a couple of cars for a test drive. Ultimately, I decided on one car and after some back and forth, we were able to come to a deal. During this time, I didn't feel like I was pressured to buy the car. While waiting for the finance department, various staff members checked in on me and offered snacks and drinks while I waited. My other experiences with finance departments haven't been quick but Jaik was quick to get through everything, explain it all to me and I was in and out of the office within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this dealership and both Eric and Jaik if you are looking at a new car. This is definitely the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. More

I leased a 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid on May 17th and had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mazda of Elk Grove. From start to finish, everything was smooth, low-stress, and genuinely enjoyable (which is not absolutely fantastic experience at Mazda of Elk Grove. Garrett Oxnaes was our salesperson, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He was kind, funny, super personable, and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and walked us through the various trim levels, packages, and features without any of the usual dealership jargon or sales-y tactics. It felt more like chatting with a knowledgeable friend than sitting through a pitch. He helped us land on the perfect CX-50 Hybrid that fit our needs and budget. Also want to give a shout-out to Jaik in the finance department. He was helpful, clear, and made that part of the process quick and painless (again, not something you take for granted when leasing a car). The dealership itself is also great. It's clean, comfortable, and genuinely a nice place to hang out while everything gets finalized. There's a relaxed vibe that matches the no-pressure approach of the staff, which really sets Mazda of Elk Grove apart. All in all, I’d absolutely recommend buying or leasing a vehicle here.
