Without a doubt the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have ever experienced (and we purchase vehicles more than we'd like to admit). greate experience I had a great experience with Jamie and Jae at BMW of Catonsville. They were very helpful and professional. And Jae was very informative, courteous an I had a great experience with Jamie and Jae at BMW of Catonsville. They were very helpful and professional. And Jae was very informative, courteous and friendly. He helped me beginning to the end along with Jamie in service department. I was having problem with my 2014 BMW X5 and I didn't know where to fix. So I took the vehicle in local mechanic shop usually I get oil change from and they told me to contact BMW dealership near by for warranty work. But, I was afraid that I end up paying more for whatever repairs it might needs beside warranty work. But I found BMW Catonsville which have the best reviews in area. No wonder why they have the best reviews in area. Service advisor Jamie and Client advisor Jae customer service was above and beyond. They were honest and very friendly. I would come back here for services from now on. Thank you so much for your help! You guys are the BEST! More

He brought out both cars for me to compare and contrast as I test drove them. He was able to effectively target my needs, but I was indecisive. He had an appointment customer, so he handed us over to a colleague Korey Mathews who was also very professional. I returned a week later to purchase the gas engine car I decided was best. More
