Excellent Service experience I was greeted immediately as I arrived. I was kept informed about how the process worked and how long it would take to meet my Service Advisor. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful.My Service Advisor explained exactly what the 30000 mile service entailed and gave me a very spot on estimate of the time it would take to complete. She showed me in detail when the service was done, what shape my car was in and what additional service I should consider for my next appointment. She was a great help. I live about a 40 to 45 minute drive from the dealership, but I will gladly make that drive again for such a stress free experience! More

warranty windshield We came in for a warranty windshield replacement. We were first told our's didn't qualify for the warranty. After “discussing” it with scott and the d We came in for a warranty windshield replacement. We were first told our's didn't qualify for the warranty. After “discussing” it with scott and the district rep they agreed to split the cost of a new windshield. Jade got us right in and did a good, fast job. Upon completion she informed us they would warranty the whole price. It saved us money. We like that. One has to also wonder why they didn't warranty the windshield from the very first as would have been both correct and extraordinary. Overall tucson subaru did do what two other dealers said they would to remedy the problem. They did it well and fast while we were in town. Though it should not have taken any “discussing” to get it approved. We were treated kindly and promptly. Jade followed up as she said she would. Scott and Jim Bible, the rep, were curteous in every way. Knowing that tucson subaru is a for profit business like any other, we will be back for more service as nessecary and more if we need another subaru. More

He is an extraordinary employee and a low-pressure salesperson. I appreciated the way that he coordinated ongoing care and questions regarding financing, service appointments, and meeting with the manager before I left with my car. I love all the features in my Crosstrek. The audio system is amazing! The all-wheel drive is phenomenal. Robert took the time to explain every single item in the car and to help me set up my phone and other custom-controlled safety and driving features.
