My car was taken to Spitzer Kia due to a voluntary recall to have the brake lines replaced due to their corrosion due to road salt when I made the appointment the gentleman that took the appointment was rath to have the brake lines replaced due to their corrosion due to road salt when I made the appointment the gentleman that took the appointment was rather Kurt and standoffish every time I go to the dealership for routine maintenance or recalls, I am barrage with sales people wanting to “” buy my car and get me into a newer car no matter how many times I’ve told them this car has sentimental value and I’m not selling. I asked many times to stop asking yet they persist. I get barrage with junk mail with the same offers. They do not know how to stop. More
