Since the dealership has switched to the pedder name I have not had a pleasant experience there. I brought my truck in for some maintenance and they refused to work on it due to aftermarket parts that all have not had a pleasant experience there. I picked up my truck and the service worker handed me my keys and paperwork and that was it. No explanation of work completed. I will not be taking my truck there and will never recommend them to anyone. More

I don't buy vehicles from dealerships normally, and although everyone there was polite, professional and cordial, I feel the sales staff was a little more than deceptive in informing us of the "actual although everyone there was polite, professional and cordial, I feel the sales staff was a little more than deceptive in informing us of the "actual deal". It wasn't until after the sale and I got home and had a chance to actually read the contract that I discovered many items that were never discussed with us that eventually impacted the total price. Today, two days post sale, I've discovered the left headlight is misaligned and unfortunately is unable to be corrected. If the sales staff is so deceptive, I suspect so is the repair staff, I'm very apprehensive of bringing my vehicle to your dealership to seek any maintenance or repairs. More
