They both made the car buying experience less painful than it normally goes. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was I purchased an accessory from parts dept the same day. When I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong accessory. I had to drive back to the dealership the following weekend for the correct product, resulting in driving over an hour and 50 miles that I shouldn't have had to do on a Saturday. More
