The level of service that we received during the purchase of our Infiniti was nothing short of top notch!!! When we walked into the dealership we were warmly greeted by Peter Korallus (who we later found ou of our Infiniti was nothing short of top notch!!! When we walked into the dealership we were warmly greeted by Peter Korallus (who we later found out was the owner) and he introduced us to Jeff Walker. We described to Jeff what we were looking for in a car and he said he had just the car for us. Sure enough he did and around a G37XS. After the test drive we sat down with Jeff and he went over the benefits that come with buying an Infiniti. Although we told him we weren't purchasing a car that night, he was kind enough to stay late to answer the questions we had. Sure enough we were back that Saturday and purchased the car. Jeff is a straight shooter which made the purchasing process very smooth and enjoyable. He saw the deal through from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We worked with Jacob Lubinski to wrap up payment/warranty and he was a pleasure to work with. The dealership was modern, clean and provided great hospitality. I was in the market for a specific car and drove over 300 miles to get it. Bill Mullarkey helped me nail down a price with a trade-in in less than a day, and I drove down the following day to pick up the car miles to get it. I was extremely pleased with how well they led me through the process and made it very quick and painless. When financing the vehicle, I threw in a last-second curve ball because I had to lower my down payment and increase the amount of financing, and Jacob Lubinski never missed a beat while getting me an excellent rate with the bank I already use. The one thing I wasn't 100% satisfied with was that I was under the impression that the value of my trade-in would be slightly more, but I think I was more responsible for that than the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership, even if you have to drive 300 miles to get there! More

My wife and I bought our 2007 GMC Envoy Denali at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills in Illinois from Louis Macias. We are from Lincoln NE and found this vehicle on their website. It was exactly what we were looking for and their price was very fair. We were of course a little nervous buying this vehicle sight unseen but everyone at Infinity went out of their way to answer all questions and to send pics, videos and additional info about the vehicle. Louis Macias picked my wife and I up at the airport (30 minutes away!) and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Both Louis and Jacob Lubinski went out of their way to make sure that this was the right vehicle for us and to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. They also gave us tourist info and suggestions of places to visit while we were in town - very helpful as this info led to a great visit! If you are at all hesitant about buying a vehicle from this dealership, don't be - they are top notch!
