Purchase of used car I had in mind buying a used Infinity G37X, Went online, got quick respond from Gary Muller. Came to visit and Adam Fick was the one who went through I had in mind buying a used Infinity G37X, Went online, got quick respond from Gary Muller. Came to visit and Adam Fick was the one who went through the process of picking the right car for me, He was professional and with very nice and positive attitude. The final moment was with finance person Jacob Lubinski who made things happen for me. After two hours I was out with my new car after Adam gave me all the information of how to use what. Great team excellent service! I will recommend friends and family who wish to buy a car to stop by for business. More

Have been an Infiniti customer for many years. One of the biggest reasons is because of Mike Harlow in service. My lease was coming due and met a salesman named Bob Polanek. Pros: Outstanding. Excellent. Top notch. Worth the extra drive from the Lake County. Cons: I challenge you to go there and find one. Eric, the Sales Manager (didn’t catch his name), Jacob, and Assad wen drive from the Lake County. Cons: I challenge you to go there and find one. Eric, the Sales Manager (didn’t catch his name), Jacob, and Assad went above and beyond to make me feel truly special. This was the best experience ever I’ve had at a car dealership by far. Eric pulled the used cars I was interested in inside so that we could look at them in the warm indoors. Earlier that day (Mar 1), I drove from OH and was having a “long” day overall. I have to say that I wasn’t on my best behavior that evening yet Eric never lost his cool and was very courteous and helpful. When it was looking like the closing time was coming up, Eric and the Sales Manager offered that I take the car home for a day to see how I like it and discuss with my wife. I actually ended up buying the car that same night (they stayed open until 10PM for me) so I didn’t take them up on their offer but the gesture was appreciated nonetheless. They were so upfront with me price wise that the “negotiations” were minimal and stressless. They got me out of there in record time. Jacob made the financing portion of the process as seamless as I’ve ever seen. The extended warranty package I purchased was reasonably priced and made sense, I’m glad I bought it. Assad did a great job delivering the vehicle. He also helped me select some reasonably priced accessories. Eric in Parts was nothing but helpful when I managed to forget the wiper blades I just bought a few days later. By the way, the blades were half the price compared to a dealer in Lake County. I do not want to mention names, but will say that this dealer is head and shoulders above the other guys in the Chicago area. They secure great talent and motivate them to take care of the customer. I will recommend the Infiniti of Clarendon Hills to everyone I know. Keep up the good work! More

After that, Jeff was extremely supportive of my decision making process, he built further credibility of the Infiniti value and brand. The pricing negotiation was fair and balanced. The final purchase process with Jacob and delivery with Assad was flawless. Overall, I give the dealer experience an A+. More

We saw an SUV advertised online and called to see if it was still available. Steve went out of his way to send me additional pictures and give me a run down of the vehicle before making a special trip out was still available. When entering the building my breath was immediately taken away by the beautiful decor and friendly staff that was willing to help. This was a huge suprise as I had already predetermined to have my guard up to battle off pushy sales people that would work on their agenda instead of mine. Even though I went in with many negative thoughts this dealership completely changed my mood about car shopping! They were absolutely fantastic to work with and should train others how to make a deal. By listening to the customer and treating them with the highest level of kindness and cutting out the back and forth from finance to managers warranties "...for a little bit more you could have what you really love" etc They cut out all the garbage and got us in and out with the car we came in to look at! Thank you so much for everything! We will be more than happy to refer others to you and stop back in for car buying needs in the future.
