It has been great in the snow and ice and I can’t wait to be able to use the sunroof this summer! Absolutely train wreck of an experience. 10/14/25 went to trade my vehicle for a Yukon & drove 3 hrs to this dealership. Paid deposit to hold vehicle- was assured deposit would be refunded d 10/14/25 went to trade my vehicle for a Yukon & drove 3 hrs to this dealership. Paid deposit to hold vehicle- was assured deposit would be refunded day of pickup. So far two weeks later no refund. Dealership also said only partial refund due to scratch on trade in (except new vehicle also has scratch!) also had a payment pulled for our trade in after we traded it in. Our old loan with trade in that we do not have in our hands is still wide open & bank has no pending pay off. Dealership has now sent TWO payoff checks to TWO incorrect address’. Cefcu is a large bank. This should not be happening. We have gotten the complete run around from the dealership staff and finance guy Jake. I have bought so many vehicles and this has never happened. It’s been handled so poorly. Dealership acts like it’s no big deal to be out that much money but to some families it is important. We feel like we have been pushed aside and ignored. I’ve wondered if it’s a joke at this point. I would never do business here again. Still waiting on a call back from dealership. More
