Last week I had my truck in at this dealership to try and diagnose an issue that's been ongoing for a little while. After 4 days of them basically driving my truck to figure nothing out they charged me $150. diagnose an issue that's been ongoing for a little while. After 4 days of them basically driving my truck to figure nothing out they charged me $150. Jacob told me to bring it back when it throws a check engine light and it will be free of charge. A week later check engine comes on so I take it back and let Corey know at the front desk what Jacob and I had discussed before and he said "okay". I told him unfortunately I don't have 4 days to leave it there for obvious reasons. He then said "im going to pull it in as soon as we are done here" time goes by about 1pm I call back to check in on how things was going and they had said we haven't pulled it in yet but ill have someone pull it in now. All for a quick scan...smh. calls back with a different issue that's unrelated to my previous problem. Told them not to fix it and wanted to make sure it was still free of charge. So he basically said it was a different issue than what I took it in for to begin with so it would be another $150. This was after a back and fourth of "he said, she said" he even asked Corey at the front desk if I had said anything about a check engine light, when i did. So he (jacob) was basically saying him and I never had that conversation and nothing was ever brought up about a check engine light after HE told me to bring it back in once it check engines again. Corey did not even look at me when I went back to pick it up. Not to mention after the fact a buddy of mine had the same issue with this place about his turbo needing replaced, he fixed it himself and turns out that was never the issue so he basically spent $3,000 for nothing. Needless to say I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Stay FAR FAR away. More

Jacob Grimm. He is the man when it comes to Ford service. He is super knowledgeable about the Ford product and the mechanics behind it. If you ever need solid work done I highly recommend Whites Ford. Also a huge shoutout to Phil, the best Ford technician out there. The team is always there to help! More

First time customer. I walked in to schedule my appointment. I dropped off my vehicle at the scheduled date/time, they dropped me off at work and picked me up when my veh I walked in to schedule my appointment. I dropped off my vehicle at the scheduled date/time, they dropped me off at work and picked me up when my vehicle was finished. Jacob called me asking about how I would want my diff service from recommendations by the technician. All services I wanted was performed, my vehicle was kept clean, I appreciated that, car runs great. No issues. I am happy. I will definitely be back for service. More
