My tires are great. It's the service I had a problem with. The wait was 2 and a half hours. They came back to tell me it would be soon and they were sorry at 2 hours. Wh It's the service I had a problem with. The wait was 2 and a half hours. They came back to tell me it would be soon and they were sorry at 2 hours. When they were done Jacob came back went over paperwork and failed to mention anything about my 100 dollar rebate or anything at all about warranty on tires or that you had free tire rotation. I've yet to hear anything about the rebate and this is 5/3/26.i did remind him of the rebate and he said he forgot. I looked over the tires and left. Now today I find some deep scratches on my rims that were definitely not there before. Plus all 4 rims had grease stains all over them. Can't they clean up their mess. That were not like that when I brought my vehicle in. More

Service department is absolutely horrible. No communication and when you have clearly stated what you need done and even write it out still does not get done. No communication and when you have clearly stated what you need done and even write it out still does not get done. More
