Always a pleasure working with Jackson Barron at MB of Atlanta NE! He makes the entire service process easy and painless. **Very Bad Experience – Avoid if You Value Your Time** I’ve had two terrible experiences with Jackson Barron, the service advisor at this location. Every time I pick up my car, I end up waiting Time** I’ve had two terrible experiences with Jackson Barron, the service advisor at this location. Every time I pick up my car, I end up waiting in the lobby for 45–60 minutes while he finishes up his endless phone calls. It's happened multiple times, and it's beyond frustrating. It's clear he doesn’t prioritize customers in front of him. When I dropped off my car for a simple oil change, I followed up with Jackson after waiting half a day for any update. He finally got back to me with the excuse that it was a busy day, and my car hadn’t even made it to service yet. Funny enough, the shop wasn’t busy at all when I dropped it off—it seems like he just forgot about me entirely. To make matters worse, Jackson promised to call me the next day when the oil change was completed. Half the day went by with no word from him. When I called the office, I was informed that he had gone home for the day without bothering to call me. Jackson is not responsible, not professional, and certainly doesn’t embody what you’d expect from a service advisor. If you’re looking for someone who forgets about you, doesn’t communicate, and keeps you waiting forever, then Jackson is your guy. Otherwise, I’d recommend finding someone who actually values their customers. More

Several months ago I made an appointment to repair my fuel gauge I checked that they would honor my extended warranty. When the time came , they told me to bring it in when the tank was not full. So, fuel gauge I checked that they would honor my extended warranty. When the time came , they told me to bring it in when the tank was not full. So, I made another appointment weeks later. Appointment time was 10;15. I checked in on time waited until 11:45 when I had to leave because my driver had another appointment. I left my vehicle and at the end of the day I got a call from them telling me that they could not honor my extended warranty because it was not a MB warranty. If I wanted to pay it myself they said they would charge 350 to diagnose it. (needs a fuel sending unit). I picked up the car the next day, only to find it unlocked in front of the garage. I have used them since 2018 but they are nothing like the old ATLANTA CLASSIC CARS! More
