Jackie was outstanding. He made things happen. If I could give him more stars I definitely would put more! Now the finance department doesn't understand the word "No." No ad He made things happen. Alejandro didn't like my answer so he called Melissa. Told her the same thing and she said we're going to investigate if your insurance has GAP. Come on who says those things. I almost walked out but only decided to finish the purchasing process was because Jackie was wonderful. Finance department needs some retraining on customer service. Jackie should retrain them. More
