Less than a year later the rear differential went out on the truck and it ended up in the shop. We had purchased the Edge Powertrain Extended Warranty. Unfortunately i cant speak highly of the warranty company as they did not want to pay for the issue because the word differential was not in the contract. We contacted Benz and Beamer about the issue since they had sold us the warranty. When Jack Schneider the Owner heard about our issues he put his best man on it "Tyson". It took a few months but in the end the insurance company took care of the issue and Tyson was able to get us reimbursed for the almost all the cost of the differential. (Seals and gaskets are not covered) be sure to read the fine print. Thank you Jack and Tyson for stepping up to the plate and taking care of my wife and her truck. More
