I went with Subaru because I've had great experiences with an Outback and a Legacy in the past, and I was very happy to work toward another Subaru purchase with Jack and several other employees at this dealership. They were detailed and careful in their explanations of what buying a new car would entail, and they took me through the process step by step, answering every question I had (and sometimes delivering me cookies).
