Poor customer service!!!! Terrible customer service. AND my brakes have squeaked since the day I drove my car off your lot. Can't wait to be done with this place. After my 3 years are up for my free oil changes and stuff, I will find elsewhere to go. Keep in mind i drive from orange county to your location. Not worth my gas. More

My first 6month service I was totally excited about taking my 2015 Tucson for its 1st 6mth service which i assumed was covered under my service agreement, I remember the sale I was totally excited about taking my 2015 Tucson for its 1st 6mth service which i assumed was covered under my service agreement, I remember the sales person telling me i was covered for oil changes and checking its overall. That part cost me about $46.00 I'm just glad I did have it on me. Another small disappointment was being told i have only 30% of front breaks left and must be replaced. That i was NOT prepared for. My God i thought to myself well you sold me the car that way. I do love the customer service and employees are all GREAT! very professional and friendly. My budget isn't More

Always friendly and knowledgeable Jack Kim has always taken care of me when I've needed service for my genesis coupe. I bought the car brand new from a local Hyundai dealership, but af Jack Kim has always taken care of me when I've needed service for my genesis coupe. I bought the car brand new from a local Hyundai dealership, but after some less than pleasant experiences when taking my car there for service or warranty work, I decided to see what other dealerships were in the area and found the South Bay location. It is about a 30 minute drive - about 15 minutes longer than a trip to the first dealership - but it was the best decision I have made in regards to car service, as I was able to meet Jack Kim and his team who have been wonderful ever since. Instead of shutting down any discussion of potential warranty work, it always seems like their goal is to hear you out and work with you in finding solutions/answers to your questions and they are always friendly - even super early in the morning when I like to have most of my work done. Cannot thank this team enough for all of their help over the years and will continue going to this location for as long as I have the car, which is going on 6-7 years now. Thanks guys! More
