It took 3 hours for an oil change My sales man promised me he would get me a donut tire, after the sale was final he then told me he couldn't get one. I was so angry. I purchased a spare tire and now I have very little trunk space. He never explained the the car was plan he sold me required me to come to pick up coupons every time I wanted a car wash for 5 years. Why not offer a punch card each year with 24 car washes and have the car wash staff punch when we come in . Then I would come there once a year for 5 years. I never would have agreed to the coupon deal. He is not a man I can respect, or will recommend ever. More
