There is little to no communication between the service advisor and customer. We have had several vehicles there and have waited over 2 weeks before they are looked at. I have one vehicle that was there advisor and customer. We have had several vehicles there and have waited over 2 weeks before they are looked at. I have one vehicle that was there for an issue since June 23, and got back without the complaint repaired. It is still there on September 17, and I can not get a service advisor on the phone to ask for the progress on this vehicle. More
