I purchased a used car that the dealership claimed had a repaired and reliable transmission. I was told the most I might ever spend on repairs would be around $1,000–$1,500. The same day I drove it home, th repaired and reliable transmission. I was told the most I might ever spend on repairs would be around $1,000–$1,500. The same day I drove it home, the transmission light came on. When I brought it back, they said it needed a new transmission costing $7,000–$8,000 — nearly what I paid for the car. At first, they said they would split the cost of repairs, but when I explained that was still far more than I expected and offered to pay $2,250 while they covered the rest, they completely withdrew their offer instead of simply declining. Now, the car has been sitting at the dealership for over a week with no updates. They gave me a rental but have refused to fix, refund, or resolve the issue. I feel misled and extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. More

John was a wonderful salesman. He provided me with several options and kept me up to date on the status of the car I was interested in. He provided me with several options and kept me up to date on the status of the car I was interested in. More
