I am continually impressed by the professional and friendly faces at Mark Christopher! My husband recently leased a truck and I purchased a used Suburban and the experience was TOP NOTCH! We drove out to pick up our vehicle, and it was not ready. JT was nice and professional, but I was annoyed to have wasted a trip out there when we could have signed the paperwork when they dropped off ready. JT was nice and professional, but I was annoyed to have wasted a trip out there when we could have signed the paperwork when they dropped off the vehicle. Also, while I was there, the bathroom that I used was out of hand soap. JT said it had been out for weeks, but there was no signage indicating the soap was out and to use the other bathroom. As a result, I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to leave the other bathroom just to wash my hands. We then had to wait 10 days for JT to send us the final paperwork because it was not provided when the vehicle was dropped off. More
