Cannot say ENOUGH GREAT THINGS about Ricky and JT - plus everyone else I came into contact with was super nice and helpful. I feel like I have a new "family"...knowing if I ever need help with something on my Lexus, all I have to do is call. Ricky walked me through everything on the front end to make my selection easy - JT walked me through financing to make that super easy - and Ricky stepped right back in to give me a fast course on how to use all the key features I would need right out of the gate. He also made sure I had all the numbers I would need for the Westside Team. Both of them made sure I understood the maintenance plan - it's fantastic!
